2006 IPS New Year Seminar

"Frontier Management: Strategic Trend for Enhancing Corporate Competitiveness"
The Institute for Industrial Policy Studies (IPS) hosted the 2006 IPS New Year Seminar under the theme "Frontier Management: Strategic Trend for Enhancing Corporate Competitiveness" on January 5, 2006. Launched at the onset of a new millennium in 2000, the IPS New Year Seminar is held at the beginning of January annually to serve as a venue for presenting the results of studies in diverse areas at the start of a new year.

In this year's seminar, "Frontier Management" business managers and experts engaged in studying businesses will give presentations on and discuss the recent trends in business strategy which IPS has previously introduced in conjunction with Donga Daily in "Frontier Management," a 10-episode special feature in Donga Daily since September, and present measures for the transformation of corporations into global enterprises.
